1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products cannot be returned once opened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Wait for approval from our support team.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided.

  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos/video of the issue.

  • We will replace the item or offer a refund at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong item received

For other cases, please request a refund and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellation

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
